How purchases work
Each THERAHAA program is a one-time purchase that grants a full year of access to that program. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal — your card is never charged again unless you choose to buy another program. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Nothing to cancel
Because each program is a one-time purchase and not a subscription, there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again automatically. Your access simply runs for a full year. Your progress and notes are always saved, so if you return, you pick up exactly where you left off.
Try before you buy
The first lesson of every program is completely free — no account needed — so you can experience the practice before you pay. Because you can try before buying, purchases are final. Failed or duplicate charges are always returned automatically, and for any technical issue accessing content you have bought, email hello@therahaawellness.com and we will resolve it personally.
Technical issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing subscribed content, email hello@therahaawellness.com and we will resolve it personally within 24 hours. Technical access problems are always addressed.
