Subscription & Refund Policy

How subscriptions work
Each THERAHAA program is charged individually as a subscription — Monthly ($9.99/month per program) or Annual ($79/year per program). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — no forms, no guilt. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. Your progress and notes are saved, so if you return, you pick up exactly where you left off.
No refunds
THERAHAA Wellness does not offer refunds on subscription payments. Once a billing period begins, the charge for that period is non-refundable. We encourage you to cancel before your next renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
Technical issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing subscribed content, email hello@therahaawellness.com and we will resolve it personally within 24 hours. Technical access problems are always addressed.
