What we collect
We collect your name, email address, and account information when you sign up. We collect usage data (which lessons you've started, mood check-in responses, meditation session durations) to personalise your experience. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
How we use your data
We use your data to deliver and personalise your experience, send transactional emails (welcome, lesson unlock notifications), improve our platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Third-party services
We use Clerk for authentication, Supabase for secure data storage, Razorpay for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and PostHog for product analytics. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary with each provider.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand how people use THERAHAA Wellness. You can opt out of analytics cookies in your browser settings.
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email hello@therahaawellness.com to exercise any of these rights. For EU/UK residents, additional rights under GDPR apply. For Indian residents, we comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
