For years, I carried everything quietly. The work, the people, the weight of being capable and exhausted at the same time. I was doing all the right things on the outside and quietly unravelling on the inside.
I tried therapy — it helped, slowly. I tried meditation apps — they felt transactional. I tried everything. Nothing felt like it was built for the specific kind of overwhelm I was living with. Nothing felt warm. Nothing felt like home.
So I started building it. Not as a business — as a letter. To myself, and to every person I knew who nodded when I described those days. The student. The parent. The professional who holds it all together. The elder who has carried others for decades and never stopped to breathe.
THERAHAA Wellness is that letter, made beautiful. It's for anyone who has ever whispered to themselves in the quiet: I can't keep doing this alone. You don't have to. This was built for you.

Our philosophy
Rest is not a reward.
We've been taught to earn rest. To deserve peace. To reach a certain level of productivity before we allow ourselves to slow down. THERAHAA exists to unlearn that.
Healing is not linear.
